Ordered rush 2 day shipping about a week before Christmas to make sure order arrived in time. Got a confirmation. 2 days later, no tracking. So I email and message the company. After no reply for several messages, finally Rupesh answers me. Can't find my order??? even though I'm giving him the order number directly from my confirmation. He stops responding. I reach out the following day and finally get Eric, who actually answered my message. He confirmed after almost 5 days, my rush 2 day order had not even been started or shipped. He was not sure what happened to the order processing and why it wasn't sent and why Rupesh was so useless (my words, not his). But he sent it as quick as possible (which was supposed to be r days and ended up being 11 days). He included a couple extras and refunded my $200 rush shipping fee (obviously). Christmas was ruined, arrived insanely late and customer service and business is absolutely incompetent and careless. They should be happy to have Eric as he seems to be the only one who knows how to do anything at the company.
Would highly recommend you order elsewhere unless you want to spend days harassing people about your order and have it arrive way later than promised.
