I needed a certain toy for my Grand Daughter’s 2 yr birthday. I called DTI customer service Friday morning asking if I could pick up a toy same day ? The owner got involved & made everything happen for me to get the toy for my Granddaughter 👍👍👏👏👏. I greatly appreciate what he did. I am back buying a trampoline & jumping castle.
