It is a Christmas present for our grand daughter so it has not been assembled yet
As far as service and delivery we have no complaints at all. It was delivered to our sons home within a week of us placing the order which was most impressive
I needed a replacement part that was not in the catalog. They were polite and professional and assisted in locating the part for me to purchase.
