Do you favour a long hopping course or a short one? Is your strength in core speed or stamina for the longer race? Or is your skill in race tactics? Who knows until you try it. Can also be used as part of an obstacle course race! Great for inner core strengthening too! Turn the “utters” to the ground and use your Hopper as a chair.
